Financial Policy:
Empact Athletics financial policy is all students must maintain a zero balance to be eligible to participate in classes, performances and activities. It is required all students be set up on auto pay. Tuition and applicable fees for the proceeding month are billed the last week of the proceeding month and due on the 1st of each month. To avoid your monthly owed balance being ran via our auto pay system the balance must be paid prior to the 1st of each month via cash, card, or Venmo. Any unpaid balances are ran through our auto pay system on the 1st of each month and will be charged a 3.9% processing fee. All tuition and applicable monthly fees are late after autopay has been ran. All tuition and fees that have not been paid by the 1st of each month will automatically be charged a late fee of $25 for each late individual charge. Payments can be made in person at Empact Athletics through the Parent Portal or by Venmo.
