Coach Kensley

Kensley is the Owner of Empact Athletics and and has been coaching for over 23 years. Here resume includes coaching High School & Jr High Cheer and High School Drill teams. Before owning Empact Kensley taught dance, cheer and tumbling at several dance studios and cheer gyms across the Weber and Davis county areas. Kensley is a member of the USASF and is safety certified and credentialed coach. Kensley has a deep background not only in cheer and tumbling but in all forms of dance including ballet, jazz, modern, tap and hip hop. She is a certified barre instructor and specializes in flexibility & strength training in addition to cheer, dance and tumbling techniques. Kensley does private lessons for cheer tryout prep, flexibility, dance and tumbling and would love the opportunity to work with you!
