We ask that you let us know that your athletes will not be in class as soon as possible to allow us to plan classes in advance. To report a absence see below.
Please follow the below steps.
1)Log into your parent portal in the DancePro system. (Your parent portal is where you view your statement, register for classes etc.) your parent portal can be accessed below here on our website www.empactathletics.com or via a link on any statement.
2)Once logged into your portal go to the top right menu icon the 3 bars
3)From the drop down select more
4)From more select Attendance
5)Select report a absence
6)Select the students you wish to report absences for.
7)Follow the prompts from there
This will report the absence right to our roles and for multiple students for the same days if this applies notifying your teacher directly. If there is a issue we will contact you.
